Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Onwise Pty Ltd (ABN 63 700 987 462, Level 21 / 8 Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000) handles personal information collected through onwise.io. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email address, company details, and anything you write or select when you submit a form on this site or email us directly.
• Booking details— when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, company, what you'd like help with, and your chosen time.
• Technical data — standard server logs, including your IP address, which we use for security and to prevent form spam.
• Email engagement — when we send you material you requested, such as the course email, the links in it are routed through our email provider (Resend) so we can see whether the email arrived and when you clicked the link. We use this to know whether the material reached you and whether to follow up, not for advertising.
• Analytics — we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Clarity sets cookies and records how pages are viewed and scrolled, along with your approximate location, device, and browser. Text you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser, so we never see it through Clarity.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag— we run LinkedIn's Insight Tag, which sets cookies and tells us the professional characteristics of our visitors in aggregate, such as job function, seniority, industry, and company size. It never identifies you to us individually. LinkedIn may also use it to show you our ads on LinkedIn. You can opt out of this in your LinkedIn advertising settings.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and run calls you book with us.
• To send you the emails you signed up for, such as course or training material. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we only send what you asked to receive.
• To keep a record of business contacts and conversations.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our operations: Resend (email delivery and link tracking), Attio (customer relationship management), Cal.com (call scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), LinkedIn (Insight Tag), and Slack (internal notifications of new enquiries). These providers may store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union, and are each bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@onwise.io and we'll action it promptly.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first at hello@onwise.io and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
