We teach your sales team how to sell more with AI.
Given by people who come from sales and build with AI, not tech people.
Research, prep and recall stop being manual: 176 hours a year per rep, worth over $10,500 at a typical AE cost.
80% hands-on. AI use cases built on your sales process and your live deals, not a lecture.
Less admin. More time selling. More prospecting, faster follow-ups and better-prepped calls, without adding a single rep.
9 in 10 sales teams now use AI, but in more than 75% of cases it doesn’t generate more revenue.
It’s almost never the technology’s fault. It fails the same three ways, every time.
01People. Nobody teaches reps how to sell with AI, so they send generic “AI-personalised” emails.
02Process. The AI doesn’t know your ICP, sales cycle, industry or sales methodology, so the output comes back generic.
03No system. Everyone on your team uses AI differently. One rep has great prompts, another barely touches it, nobody shares what works. There’s no playbook, no standard, no compounding.
For leadership, that third one is the expensive one. No standard means no control: you cannot coach, measure or transfer what nobody agreed on. And it’s not a training gap alone: up to a third of AI use at work already happens outside any IT oversight, and 31% of the people using it get no training on it from their employer.

The one-day AI sales training.
We approach AI from the sales side, not the tech side: reusable workflows built on your data and rolled out across your whole team. One day on site, 80% hands-on, for up to ten sellers.
We teach the AI your business: your ICP, positioning, objections, methodology and competitors.
Two use cases, built live on real deals your reps bring with them, and checked per rep before the day closes.
Every morning before the day starts: today’s calls and meetings, every lead and every open conversation in one place, on desktop and mobile. No more forgotten leads.
Before every call: who they are, what their business does and everything they told you so far. Five minutes of reading, and your rep walks in already knowing them.
30 days of direct support while the team turns it into a habit. You can’t learn a new way of working in one day, so the support keeps running after it.
- A weekly 20-minute team sync
- 1:1s alternating between your sales leader and every rep
- A shared Slack, Teams or WhatsApp channel
- A half-day session on day 30 to review what changed and scope the next workflows
Not just notes. Fully integrated AI processes.
Every use case built on the day, installable in one click, including for whoever joins the team later.
- The Daily Digest
- The Pre-Meeting Brief
- Every workflow you add later
The foundation everything else runs on. Delivered as files, yours to keep and extend.
- ICP and positioning
- Objection bank
- Stage definitions
Everything your reps produced on the day, saved and shared, ready to reuse on the next deal.
- Output from live deals
- One-page reference card
- Manager debrief scripts
What it gives back.
The numbers assume a team of ten sellers, the size the training day is built for.
Research, preparation and recall stop being manual, and that time goes back into customer meetings.
4 hours a week per seller, 44 weeks, at $60 an hour, across ten sellers.
Pipeline reviews, forecasting and chasing updates stop eating the week.
5 hours a week, 44 weeks, at $150 an hour.
A new hire inherits the workflows and the context pack instead of learning the motion from scratch. There is one way of working, and it is already written down.
Better-prepped calls and faster follow-ups make a more premium sales experience, and conversion follows. One extra closed deal per seller a year outweighs everything above.
No output, no invoice.
If by 16:30 every rep hasn’t implemented both use cases on their own live deals, you don’t pay for the day.
Every training is made bespoke to your needs.
Every training starts with a discovery call. We learn how your team sells today: your sales methodology, your deal sizes and sales cycles, the CRM you work in, and where your reps lose time. From that call we design the day for your needs, picking the use cases that pay off most and building every exercise on your real pipeline, not a generic demo deck.
The people designing and giving it come from sales and use AI every day in their own pipeline: trainers who have carried a quota, not tech people guessing at how selling works.
Everything we teach runs on our own pipeline.
Our pipeline is walked every morning before we open the day. It is how we decide who gets called.
Every call we run starts from a generated brief on the account and the people in the room.
Our recaps are drafted in our own voice minutes after the call, not the following morning.
Cold and closed-lost accounts resurface on a schedule, instead of when someone remembers.
The posts and replies you have seen from us were drafted through the same workflow.
We review our own calls with it before we review anyone else’s. It is uncomfortable and it works.
If it does not survive our own pipeline, we do not put it in front of yours.
What teams ask us before the call.
We’re not technical, we’re sales people.
This training is made for B2B sales teams and sales leadership. The teachers come from 10+ years of sales experience so the training is heavily focussed on sales improvement.
Is it on site?
On site is the default: the day is 80% hands-on and built on deals your reps bring with them, which works best with everyone in one room. If your team is spread across offices, we settle the format on the discovery call.
What does the day look like?
The morning opens with the foundations: how to work with an AI that already knows your business from the pre-work, and setting every rep up in Claude Cowork inside their own sales motion. Before lunch the use cases are built live on the deals your reps brought into the room. After lunch every rep builds their own workflows on a deal they own, and we close at 16:30 with every rep's output checked and the plan for the 30 days after.
Will it work with our tools?
Yes. We build the use cases in the tools your reps already use, on top of your existing CRM and workflow: think ChatGPT or Claude, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gmail or Outlook.
We already tried ChatGPT and didn’t see much value.
The output of AI is only as good as the input. Out of the box it knows nothing about your ICP, your sales cycle or your methodology, so it hands back generic answers, and nothing is shared across the team. We don’t teach your team what a prompt is. We teach sales-specific workflows: deep prospect research, deal-specific call prep, and how to make it consistent across your whole team.
How is this different from generic AI courses?
Generic courses teach AI in the abstract. We focus on sales use cases and we build on your ICP, your methodology, your competitors and the deals your reps are working right now.
What does it cost?
The training is priced as one programme for up to ten sellers, covering the preparation, the day on site and the 30 days of support. Since it is customised to your business, we send a tailored proposal after the discovery call.
How fast will we see results?
On the day itself: the use cases are built live on deals your reps are working right now, so the first output lands before the team leaves the room. The 30 days of support after are there to turn that into a weekly habit.
A 30-minute discovery call.
The design of your training day starts here: your sales process, your ICP, and the use cases that will pay off most for your team.
